Hard to review a product you never received.

It has been almost a month, and I have sent 2 different emails requesting assistance with locating my product. I have not heard back, not even an auto reply saying they got my email. In the past, I have always liked their products, but now I am not sure what is going on. I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but I felt I had no other options.

Smells amazing!!!

This scent is a little deceptive. In the bottle it smells a bit different but once it was on my boyfriend's beard I was in love with the scent. So much so I had to buy him another bottle!!!! I have yet to come across a scent from this company that isn't amazing.
