Tame At Last! Bought both the Big Thicket oil and balm and love it! Have been trying different products almost forever to tame my unruly wiry beard with little to no success, but no more. Thanks to you it's now been tamed and softer too! Also the scent is fantastic - a very subtle woodsy masculine scent.

Tamed the Beastly Beard Both the oil and balm are great. First time I've ever tried anything along the lines of beard care. I'm now a believer. Makes my beard soft, shiny, and under control. My wife laughed at me when I first wanted to order this, now she makes sure to remind me to use them and loves to brush it. I like to alternate between the two, oil one day, balm the next. The balm seems to offer a bit more control over the oil, but the oil seems easier for me to apply.

Texas Quality for Bluegrass Living I have tried over similar products in the past, but the balm and oil from Texas Beard Co. takes the cake. I bought the combo pack of Big Thicket Balm and oil and was very satisfied by the results. It holds well and keeps all the facial whiskers in order during my long stint in a climate controlled office and still performs well in the heat and sweat of the mid day sun as I try to convince cantankerous cattle that they really would prefer the grass on the inside of the fence. Texas Tough I'm about Fifty sump'n and I have a dry face with a wirery beard more on the nappy side . I stay outdoors and I work hard / play hard in the Rain , Sun, Sleet , Extreme Cold and Extreme hot. I received my first order 15 days ago of the Oil and Balm combo but very pecimistic about Anything working on my beard and dry , itchy face. I Can Not stand Anything oily on my skin other than Diesel, Motor oil, Tranny fluid or Grease . The first morning I applied a dime sized drop on my hands, rubbed them together making sure to get it in between my fingers then I rubbed it into my beard very thoroughly and to my surprise it didn't feel oily or greasy to my face or my beard. The second day I did the same and unbelievably the itching and dry skin went away ! This stuff is Awesome!!! I continued 8 more days and started to see some Flyers relaxing. 2 days ago I started adding the Balm right after using the oil and I am very pleased with the soft and more tamed results with a healthier, more full looking Beard! I live in the TX Hill country with very low humidity which makes my skin even dryer but this Stuff does the trick for sure! The Cedar scent is mild, I am a Bow hunter and I rub down with Cedar for scent control and the smell " to me anyway " is identical to this oil. I tested this out in 7 different hunts in the last two weeks from makeshift ground blinds and had deer within 5 yards of me on several instances with swirling wind and Never got scented !!!! I'll be having a revolving account with Tx Beard Company for many years to come. Thanks Men! The Balm is not that good. The balm is really gritty and is does not change when you do what the instructions say to do. I will never get the balm again.

The balm is the bomb! I bought the beard oil and balm combo. The balm is great! I put it on every morning out of the shower. It keeps flyaways under control and the most amazing part it keeps my beard itch free all day! Truly amazing smells like cedar and pine it's the shit. The oil is great I use it each evening after a shower it keeps the hair soft and is really soothing and the added bonus of smelling great.
