Not bad Beard oil and balm work well. Eucalyptus mint smells nice at first, but it is too bad that the smell does not last long at all.
oil and Balm combo I'm a first time customer for Texas Beard Company, I liked the Beard oil it's light and the cedarwood smells good, not too heavy. I started using the balm as well and it's a little hard to get out of the container. I read the note about using a microwave to loosen - but when you're in the bathroom it's not convenient to run to the micro each morning.
Product is ok The balm and oil are fine. The contents are assumed to be genuine. The results are great. However. Beard oil needs a dropper. Why charge extra for something all the other companies provide. If the customer pays extra for a dropper and expedited shipping but the dropper is omitted. The customer cannot use the product and was cheated on expedited shipping. Tx beard does a poor job of customer service and responding to emails.
The scent factor I bought this as a gift & the product works well but the Citrus/Clove scent was very disappointing.
Beard oil is decent, balm is not. First the oil. I picked the mint eucalyptus oil. It works pretty decent. On par with competitive products. The smell is what I like. Definatly a nice tolerable smell from this one. I would give it 4/5. There's a few out there that give a slightly healthier feel to the beard after use, but they are more expensive also.
Second the balm- Mine came completely granulated. I followed the instructions they sent with it in case this happens. Now it's a brick. Very hard and unusable if you don't scrape it out with a metal utensil and work it soft.
Conclusion- I would buy the oil again. I would not buy the balm again.
Cherry bomb Didnt smell anything like cherry, more like cream soda dumdum sucker. Disappointment
Good balm not a huge fan of the oil The balm is good no complaints there it works well enough although the oil only makes my beard feel soft for a short amount of time. I have tried several beard oils and balms and I prefer both from another company although I must say the brush is great
Good product bad smell I genuinely like how the product works but am very unhappy with the smell of the product. I would like to have been able to possibly checked out the other scents as I am not able to tolerate the clove smell.
meh its fine. not great. shipping took forever even to get out of the warehouse. wouldn’t order again. going back to aleph male
Not my scent I bought the Clove/Citrus scent hoping for something more citrusy, but the Clove really overpowers. If you enjoy that smell, this is your scent, for me it doesn't work. Only reason I give it so few stars, is I didn't like the scent, I can't say how it works.
oil great but not sure about balm First time user. Oil is better than expected. But balm is rock hard and have to use a knife to get any out? Is that how it is supposed to be?
Smells great!! I am an avid user of another product and decided to change things up. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell but that is where my happiness ended. While I have not used the balm, the oil seemed to dry my beard out more than hydrating it. I started getting beard dandruff after about about 2 weeks of oil/soap use. This was really disappointing as, with the scent, I really want to like this product
The Balm is not that good. The balm is really gritty and is does not change when you do what the instructions say to do. I will never get the balm again.
Where’s the spice? Dissapointed in this year’s pumpkin spice balm and oil. It smells nothing like the product I bought last year. It’s all pumpkin and no spice. Apparently it’s the same recipe but my nose does not agree.
Beard Balm Not what I expected and I am disappointed. The product is always in a solid state and has to be warmed up to apply to my beard. I'm not sure this product qualifies as a balm and I probably wouldn't purchase this again.

Beard Balm/Oil purchase The oil is always great, but I thought I would try the balm since my beard is getting so long. When I received the balm, it was very gritty and almost unusable. I contacted the company and they instructed me on how to remedy this problem. After doing what they suggested, the balm was still very gritty. I will not buy any more balm.
citrus clove oil To much fragrance to oil ratio it's very yellow and should be much more clear which tells me all I really paid for is the fragrance thanks for a decent scent but I rather my beard be healthy then scented.
Dissatisfied with Texas Beard Co. I ordered 3 items on December 10th 2021. It is now January 19th 2022. The items I ordered never arrived, and I was never issued a refund or reshipment of the merchandise. I have reached out to the customer service email multiple times and have not received a reply. It is a shame, because I was really looking forward to trying out their beard oils, but unfortunately, the customer service has not been very good so far. I hope this gets resolved soon
Happy gift I got the beard wash and oil and balm for my nephew, who has grown a beard that does not improve his appearance. His Mother did not appreciate the gift because she's hoping this too will pass and he will shave. But my encouraged him to care for it and he even went to a barber to get it trimmed properly and now, frankly, looks very handsome with his newly-manicured beard. It was a great gift choice for this Auntie. Thanks!
