Perfect for Starters! This kit is perfect for "beard starters"! I bought them for my man so he could decide what scent he wanted. They keep his beard looking (and smelling) awesome!
Perfect shean In the morning I apply the beard wax and the scents are not over bearing. Just the right hold for a full bear.
Perfect! I haven't picked a favorite yet, but the balm works really well and smells great without being too strong on the scent.
Perfectly light hold, smooth feel I was looking for something to start styling my whiskers and this has been great. It has a very light hold, without feeling waxy. And has made my hair much softer. I never used to stroke my beard, but now I do. And the smells are great during application but don't overstay their welcome whatsoever. I personally prefer the Big Thicket scent.
Phenomenal Product These beard balms are extraordinary! Each scent is unique and smells spectacular. If these balms were in the Olympics, they'd get a 10 out of 10 without a doubt.
Quality Beard Balm These beard balms have the perfect consistency to easily blend into a beard without causing a greasy look and feel. The products smell amazing but it's really the effectiveness of the balms and consistency that set them apart from other balms. I've tried many competitor products out there and finally settled on this balm as it was clearly the best I tried.
Really Great Product Love the trial size balm pack. My husband's beard has gone from frizzy and dry to shiny and smooth! Really recommend to anyone not familiar with the product. My husband's favorite is the tumbleweed due to its mild scent. He has a big thick beard and the others have a lovely scent, but too much for him to smell all day. So he uses them lightly at night.
Sample City 4 scents. 1 price. Sooo many options. Which to try out first ? Still on my first sampler but open the others now and then just to smell them cause I'll be using them soon. Wasn't sure which "big" bottle to buy so went with a little of all the popular ones. Great scents, great deal. In time, I'll go thru them all and buy more!!
Sample pack I have never used any kind of Product in my beard. So I wasn't sure what to expect. I can say I was and still am pleasantly surprised by these products. After the first time using not sure exactly what I was doing. My beard is softer and much more manageable Grizzly Adams ( the name wife has given to my beard) is under control
Sample Pack I "use" to use another beard balm until I tried TX Beard Products.
When I warm it in my hand before application, the scent comes alive, and the product stays activated in my beard all day long.
Will re-order and I told my son about TBC Products too.

Sample Pack Review Ordered the sample pack, as I didn't know what any of the balms would smell like. Had previously tried big name brand balms on the internet which worked great although did not smell all that great. Overall I love the sample balms I got from Texas Beard Company! The clove citrus is great, a nice clove woody flavor with citrus undertones! Big spruce smells like a pine forest! The Mint Eucalyptus is minty with a hint of the refreshing eucalyptus. Overall I love the different fragrances, they even have a tumbleweed scent which is scent-less!! Great for those times where you don't want any additional smells.
Beard feel is great, keeps everything in control but soaks in nicely. Doesn't leave you with a oily feel hours and hours later. Scent on all dissipates after about 30min after applying so its not as intense which I find great as a working professional. A little goes a long way! The wife loves it- for those out there whose wives don't love smelling your beard all day.
Overall, very satisfied!! Would completely recommend ANY of the balm products!
Secret ingredient (Pheromones?) I really dig this stuff. The scents are all distinct and amazing. The balm helps keep my beard soft and pointing in the right direction. Most of all, the wife loves it. She can't keep herself from sniffing my face.
The scents are all great, but I think there's an extra ingredient in the clove citrus that women seem to enjoy. My wife and my stylist both agree it's their favorite.
serves its pupose Cream definitely works better with a wet beard and a bit of water in your hands. Quite Waxy but serves its purpose to help moisturize and give whiskers form. Scents are a bit strong, as I prefer a more subtle scent, but it dissipates as day goes on.
Beard is noticeably softer the days I use it and I can tell on the days I don't. I will move on to the a larger size of the scent I liked.
Smells great, not sold on its utility I purchased the 4-pack trial size. This is the first time ever buying beard balm, so I wasn't sure what to expect.
SCENT: All of them smell pretty good. I personally really enjoy the scent of the Mint Eucalyptus and the Big Thicket.
CONSISTENCY: I think the Citrus Clove batch I received was mixed improperly. It is far mushier than the other 3 tins. It is the consistency of warm, goopy, gritty butter. The other 3 tins are much more form.
OILY: The balm is far oiler than I reckoned for. My beard leaves oil stains on my black matte coffee mug and slight (barely noticeable) oil marks on my shirt collar. If I run my hands through my beard, my hands get shiny/oily. I usually will run a dry towel down my beard just to get some of the oil out of it.
LIMITED HOLD: I wasn't sure what to expect out of a balm, but I was hoping it would have some "hold" to it. This balm does not really make my beard any more manageable than when I just comb it. Looking back at this site, I see where they say their product does not have wax in it. I think maybe I am looking for something that DOES have wax in it.
So far so good I have only use the beard balms for about 3 weeks so I can't say if they are helping or not. What I will sway is I like the texture. Easy to apply and spreads evenly. The fragrances are top notch. Even when trapped under a medical mask. Well worth the money.
So much value in such a tiny container! This stuff is amazing. I couldn't? keep a long beard and have a corporate job without your line of beard balms. A small amount keeps my beard tame all day!
Tamed my mane I was skeptical about beard balms. The ones I have used in the past were either too waxy or greasy, but I liked the oil I had tried from Texas Beard, so I figured I'd give balms another try. Calmed the stray hairs, left a nice sheen, and the Clove Citrus scent smells like a tea I would want to drink... and I don't even really like tea. Not greasy or waxy and lasts all day.
The Balm is the bomb I got the large Big Thicket balm and loved it so I tried the variety pack and really like them all, haven't found one I like less than the others.

The balms melt fast in my hand and don't get flaky on my beard. Keeps my beard from drying out at work. I work in a not so beard friendly environment of dry air with powder everywhere.
The best, simply put I've had a beard for over 3 years now. I've been through a lot of beard balms over that span, and I mean a lot. If you're reading this review, you either have a beard, or you're thinking of buying this for a bearded friend/loved one/brother etc. Your search stops here. The consistency of this balm is perfection. It melts easily in your hands within just a few seconds. It spreads easily and thoroughly without any grit or small chunks. This set came with 3 separate scents, and each one is pleasant, and doesn't linger more than an hour. The hold is exactly what I need personally, not too stiff, but enough to hold through my day.
