Man Beard Soap The product again was great and the lather and clean feeling after a wash was incredible . Like the beard balm the only shortcoming for me was the smell. I'm a carpenter by trade and there is nothing like the smell of fresh cut cedar and the smell just wasn't there...again my opinion.

Must have for proper beard grooming Nice woodsy smell but not as strong as the balm/oil of the same line. A good beard wash is a must have for growing a big healthy beard. Stay away from regular shampoos and conditioners. These tend to dry out your skin and can lead to beard-druff. Use this product a couple times a week along with a good beard oil treatment and your beard will be full, healthy and flake free, ** To avoid split ends, which hinders beard growth, pat dry your beard instead of rubbing it roughly with a towel.**

Pretty decent I like this soap alright seems to work just fine, can’t decide if I like this or grandpas tar soap better. Definitely worth checking out

Silky Smooth Love the soap! It lathers really well in beard and creates a silky smooth feeling. It doesn't lather as well on skin but it still does its job. leaves my skin feeling moist. Love the mild smell, wish it was a little stronger.

Texas beard wash Been using the big thicket Texas beard wash for awhile now and I really like it. Work great. Cleans and leaves my beard feeling clean,soft and conditioned. Although I would like to see it come in a liquid form in a bottle.

Beard is soft but face broke out The beard wash is a solid product beard is soft but after using two times my face broke out in small acne and my face never breaks out would recommend only using on beard not as face wash

Beard Soap My boyfriend has been using this soap and he said it washes well, but I wish it had more of a scent. We will probably try another soap next time! But it was definitely worth trying out!

If you have sensitive hair... If you have sensitive hair, or your beard takes a beating day to day, it may dry your hair out. I found it dried out my beard too much, but smells good, and did not bother my skin. Another reviewer mentioned they had a similar experience but then used the remaining bar as regular soap. That's currently what I'm doing, and while you may not get the true lather of a glycerin soap, you do get the clean skin feeling.

Was worth a shot, but I will stick to a good shampoo and conditioner as needed, and the thicket oil daily.

Seems to work ok, but the scent lacks... Seems to lather pretty well. Would rather a product that travels easily. Cleans effectively but the scent is really mild and even hard to discern. If I want a scent, I want a MAN scent. If I want no scent, I just buy the unscented. Not sure what I'll do when this one is gone.

Left my beard dry and stringy I have a fairly thick long beard. I was looking for something besides my standard hair shampoo, so I gave Big Thicket Organic Beard Wash a shot. The soap lathers more than any bar soap I have ever used!.....but when I wash it out of my beard, my beard feels dry and stringy, even while I'm still in the shower. I was hoping it would leave my beard feeling smooth/refreshed/clean much like conditioner does for my hair. It's a great soap, just not for my beard. I will stick with the oil. The oil conditions my beard and leaves it feeling and looking great! The oils get 5 stars!!!
