1 Star purely for customer service I ordered a beard wash and a balm on 1 June. I had issues with my post office and they ended up returning to sender. After speaking to my post office manager I emailed txbeardco To let them know what was going on. I still haven’t received an email back although I have sent them three separate emails within a week and a half. Including a reply to the automated email asking how I like my products. Wrote them on Twitter, nothing. I would love to put an honest review but I still haven’t even received my product or a reply from y’all.
