Heavy Beard Oil by Texas Beard Company. Lanolin and mango butter give this one more body than a standard beard oil. Still easier to apply than a balm. No added scent, nothing to compete with your cologne.

About the Heavy formula

Same idea as the regular Tumbleweed. No added essential oils, nothing to compete with your cologne. This one uses lanolin and mango butter as the base instead of the standard blend, so it conditions harder and lasts longer on thicker beards.

One thing to know: the regular Tumbleweed has a faint earthy smell from the natural oils. The Heavy Tumbleweed has more of that. Lanolin has a raw, natural character and without essential oils there's nothing masking it. Most guys don't mind it. Some do. If you're sensitive to natural ingredient smells, the regular Tumbleweed is the better call.

Disappointing

I like heavy beard oil. The mint eucalyptus is great! Tumbleweed, however, did not smell good at all. The Tumbleweed beard balm has no strong smell so I thought why not try the heavy beard oil…. I could not put it on my beard. As soon as I had it on my hands, I could tell that I did not want that smell on my face at all. Maybe the bottle it comes in makes it smell so bad? I don’t know. I’ll definitely stick with the beard balm when it comes to tumbleweed.

Unscented had bad scent

First, who knows what happened but I thought the unscented heavy oil actually smelled like hay. My wife thought it smelled like plastic. I washed it out after several minutes so I cannot comment on how well it works. I may try a scented version down the road as I am very happy with my Big Thicket oil and balm.
TBC made the return super easy and free as advertised. I just ordered something else I knew I liked. So this is all good!
Don't be afraid to try something with Texas Beard Company - I highly suggest their inexpensive trial sizes!
The smell just wasn't for me but I loved my experience and TBC's solutuon!
