Big Thicket Beard Balm This beard balm is a great find. It spreads evenly and without any chunks or residue in your beard. Also, the scent is a great and true pine aroma. I am about to order another container right now.

Big Thicket Beard Balm I lived in the Big Thicket for many years. I have had a beard since 1986 (my college days) my beard is more full than it has ever been. This product is one of the best on the market. It smells like those pine forest and, most important, my wife loves the smell! It reminds us of our time in the Thicket.

Big Thicket Beard Balm This beard balm not only smells great, but is the best working beard balm I have come across so far. I have dry skin and in the fall and winter my beard can flake if I use harsher chemicals. This beard balm moisturizes my beard perfectly, is not overly smelly, and a little goes a long way. Would recommend!
Big Thicket Beard Balm I really like the smell of the product and the results (soft, conditioned beard after soaking it up) but it seems to take a lot more of it to really get into my beard than other products I've used. I will probably continue to use it because as i said I like the smell and the results. I've had numerous compliments on the scent, working with the public on a daily basis doing handyman jobs and assemblies.

Big Thicket Beard Wash This is the best beard wash I have ever used! It creates a thick lather while washing and afterwards leaves my beard feeling soft. And, the subtle cedar/pine aroma reminds me of my childhood growing up in the Piney woods of East Texas.

Big thicket is the ticket The scent of big thicket will show your lady friend how manly your bread can smell (instead of smelling like old food) when you are close. Not to strong and not too girly smelling, it keeps her coming back for another quick smooch, me gusta!
Blends Great Oil and Balm mix very well together. Other balms seem to stiffen up noticeably in the cold. Out in freezing weather with this and don't notice at all.
Childhood I live in a big city now, but it reminds me of playing in the pine forests in Washington state as a kid. Excellent stuff! I highly recommend it!
Consistently Awsome Moved away from the big beard for awhile but am back st it again. Ordered the big thicket balm to get me off to a good start. Product consistency matches that I loved previously with same great scent.
Did the formula change? I've been using TBC beard oil and balm for over a year. It's been great except for my last batch of Big Thicket balm. It was gritty, like it had tiny particles in it, almost like fine grains of sand. It clumped up in my hair and was difficult to comb in. I spent more time picking up chunks of balm from the floor than combing it in. I hope this was just a one-time thing!
Difference Maker! I purchased this balm to see if it would help my beard. I have been using the Big Thicket Beard Oil for a year now, but I felt like my beard was still a little dry after oiling it. Now that it is a couple inches longer than it was, it is more wavy and the balm has helped to moisturize and control my beard. The waves in my beard look better and my hair looks more healthy. I use it after using my beard oil. Because of this, the color of my beard is richer. Once again, Texas Beard Company hit the nail on the head! Excellent product!
Difficult to remove from container The balm is extremely hard and difficult to get out of the container. Once out, though, it works great, and I live it
Does Not Smell or Work Great The scent is definitely NOT Cedarwood and Pine Needle. It honestly kind of smells like cigarettes. As for shaping the beard, it does not do that very well, and as for moistening and softening the beard, it does not do that well either. TBC's beard oil is far superior than this product.
