Like eating buttered popcorn without a napkin I found both products to be very oily and greasy. May be great products for someone with a long beard and dry skin, but that's not me. Threw the balm out after 2 uses. Poured the oil out after 2 uses. Using organic Argan oil $12/4 ozs. Not oily at all. Using a balm from Washington state that is less greasy and slightly more waxy. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but you emailed me asking for my review. Sorry.
Mint Eucalyptus Beard Balm I have tried several companies that market beard oils and products. What I like about Texas beard is the simple nature of the products and how they are made.
The scent is simple,not too strong but smells good. They do make my beard feel soft.
Plus the prices are very reasonable, will purchase again
Received an email today asking me how I liked my stuff! I would LOVE to comment. However, I have NOT received my order despite multiple requests to management at Texas Beard Co.for assistance.
The post office records show that the item was delivered, but physically looking in my mailbox for the past two weeks finds my order still missing!
I know this is not directly an issue with Texas Beard Co. but, AT THE VERY LEAST, I would expect some customer service in the way of responding to my requests for help!
