No instructions on product on best way to use

Don’t like mustache wax… The wax is not pliable enough to even really apply. I tried to work with it for about a week, even put the hairdryer on it to try and soften it up so I could get some on my finger but overall I’m not happy w/ the product.

Hard to work with I expected this product to be much more malleable and workable. It is very hard to use. It also doesn't smell very good. There seems to be a weird stale smell.

Mustache wax I purchased the larger container of mustache wax. I used it once, left it on for 2 hours and had to wipe it off because the smell of the wax was overbearing and nauseating. Will not use again.

Never Received Product I never received what I ordered. I have sent 3 emails asking for assistance with this issue, but only one response and it was not helpful. They never respond to your emails. And they don't seem to want to help.

Not for styling The wax was sub par from other waxes I have tried, does not hold long nor does it shape if that’s what you are trying to do.

wax I ordered quite a bit of beard oil so i decided to try the mustache wax. It states that its light honey/sweet scent but to me it smelled like coal and it turned me off from it. I will still order from here as the other products are great.

wax It seems too stiff I can't get enough on my fingers to apply it. If there is a trick please let me know what it is.
